Marketing & Proposal Specialist
RGD Consulting Engineers is seeking a Part-time (16 20 hours / week) Marketing & Proposal Specialist to join our collaborative team in Jupiter, FL.
This role is crucial to leading the development and submittal of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Statements of Capabilities (SOC), supporting Business Development Managers in the pursuit of new A / E Design Contract awards.
The Marketing & Proposal Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery of competitive submissions including content development, organization, and document format and graphics.
The Marketing & Proposal Specialist may also participate in interview preparation including preparing interview presentations and leave behind materials all in an effort to drive the company's growth in the MEP & Structural engineering sectors.

Job Responsibilities
- Development and submittal of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Statements of Capabilities (SOC)Identifies and proposes potential business deals by staying updated with market intelligence in the MEP & Structural engineering industry
- Assist in developing marketing strategies
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans
- Participate in market research to identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in identifying and qualifying prospective clients
- Update Professional Resumes for Engineering Staff
- Update Project Profiles in RGD’s portfolio
- Own assigned marketing projects from start to finish
- Organize company participation in professional conferences, trade shows and similar outreach events
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Previous experience in the A / E / C industry is a plus.
- Recent / Relevant experience in marketing and proposal management for public, private, and government A / E professional services is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications including InDesign; Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat is required
- Familiarity with WordPress (Internet publishing) is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to set priorities, and manage concurrent tasks with strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding analytical, multitasking, and judgement capabilities; and
- Ability to effectively work both independently and within a team environment and handle multiple deadlines.
