Principal Scientist - T Cell Biology and Antigen Bioinformatics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Scientist with expertise in T cell biology and antigen bioinformatics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology, computational biology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results in a collaborative research environment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee research projects focused on T cell biology and antigen discovery.
- Design and execute experiments to characterize T cell responses to various antigens.
- Utilize bioinformatics tools and techniques to analyze large-scale immunological data sets, including next-generation sequencing data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including computational biologists, immunologists, and clinical researchers, to drive project goals.
- Mentor and train junior scientists and research staff in T cell biology and bioinformatics methodologies.
- Stay current with advancements in the field and incorporate relevant findings into research strategies.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences.
- Contribute to grant writing and scientific publications.
Qualifications :
- Degree or schooling in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in T cell biology and antigen bioinformatics, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong understanding of T cell activation, differentiation, and memory formation.
- Proficiency in bioinformatics software and tools for analyzing genomic and transcriptomic data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong publication record in relevant scientific fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
