Town & Country Fence (a division of Dakota Fence Company, along with 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing fence contractor primarily involved in residential / commercial fence, gates and automated gate systems.
We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Our dedicated employees (our Blue Family ) work from our Twin Cities facility and throughout the state of Minnesota.

Shift and Time : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Day Shift (Seasonal)
Summary :
- Lead all aspects of fence installations
- Communicate directly with customers and manage expectations
- Direct crew members to ensure efficient and safe project execution
- Maintain excellent customer service and promote a positive company image
- Prepare the job site for installation, including tasks like digging holes and mixing concrete
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate various hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and / or forklifts
- Operate company vehicles safely
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to all safety and environmental policies of DFC Company

2) Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions. 3) Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment.
4) Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.
