Requirements
Sales Execution :
- Area Managers will have their own sales targets to show the team how it’s done and help us reach our goals!
- Mentor & shadow with new hires to get them up to speed and start making money!
- Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to reach their full potential.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to your Regional Director.
Leads Management :
- Assign leads to reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, optimizing the chances of conversion.
- Coach and lead your reps on effective lead generation strategies.
- Regularly review and update our lead database (Spotio) to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
