AbaCares Services is a leading home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to our clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our office in Northeast Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Interaction and Coordination : Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and schedule and confirm appointments.
Administrative Support : Maintain accurate client records, manage mail and deliveries, order office supplies, and perform data entry and filing.
Compliance and Record Management : Ensure all client records are managed according to HIPAA and agency policies and maintain Up-to-date documentation.
Communication and Support : Liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff; address client concerns; and assist with emergency coverage and shift changes.
Crisis Management : Respond to urgent situations, manage client emergencies, and document incidents according to agency protocols.
Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
- Compassionate, patient, and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
