- Responsibilities : Manage the day to day operations across the Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, Pre Op, PACU, and Central Sterile Supply with a team of 75 FTE's.
- Incredible level of support from an Assistant Nurse Manager and a team of several Clinical Coordinators
- Department performs general, orthopedic, urology, bariatrics, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, and robotic procedures

Qualifications & Requirements for Manager, Surgical Services
- BSN preferred Associate's degree in Nursing required
- RN Active License
- CERNER experience is a plus
- Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services / operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services / operating room setting
- Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
- Seeking a servant leader who is dedicated to staff development, and helping move the department to the next level
