- OVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTS Role : Sr Business Analyst (Argo Teller / Sales & Service) Work Location : Memphis, TN (Onsite) Job Description : As an ARGO Senior Business Analyst you will serve as a liaison between the Product Owner, SMEs on the business side and ARGO platform development teams on the technology side to lead and drive requirement management efforts The primary responsibility of your role will be to analyze business and functional requirements for multiple ARGO platform configuration and implementation as per client requirements.
- Additionally you will be responsible for reviewing documents and artefacts created by other business analysts in the team and ensure quality artefacts are produced and submitted to the client team You will lead the business analyst team and collaborate with Product Owner, Project Manager / Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, Architect teams, ARGO vendor team and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application implementations as per ARGO best practices and client requirements As an ARGO product SME you will liaison between vendor business partners, customers and the development teams to provide resolution of complex or significant ARGO platform validation issues Participate in User Acceptance Testing, Customer Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Validation;
provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects Create, review, analyze. own and maintain detailed requirement artifacts / documentation for use internally and externally, such as User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, FSD, Interface Documents workflow diagrams for custom processes As a lead business analyst you will be responsible for providing updates and status reports to program governance team of the project Required Skills : Banking Retail banking, Commercial banking (preferably both), ARGO teller platform and ARGO Sales and Service platform prior implementation experience (preferably both) Should have worked in ARGO teller platform and ARGO Sales and Service platform implementation projects (preferably both) with working knowledge of parameterization, product customization for banks, integration with peripheral systems and devices for teller processes, data modelling and analysis Should have experience of working in medium to large scale ARGO implementation and migration programs including migration to ARGO cloud platform Should have basic understanding Agile philosophy Should have basic understanding of Design Principles Should have basic understanding of Banking Architecture and associated technologies for commercial and retail banking transformation projects Experience with using "new IT" is preferred (Cloud, Omni-channel, DevOps, REST and SOAP APIs) Understanding of banking processes, products and relevant technologies Understanding of banking platforms and technical architectures Familiar with designing customer-journey-driven architectures Initial project planning - defining goals and objectives, scope, business rationale, high level requirements Perform analysis to understand current functionality gaps and obtain user perceptions specifically w.
r.t ARGO teller and sales and servicing platform Coordinate and lead meetings with SME's and key stakeholders to gather requirements / user stories Organizing meetings or workshops to interview or discuss with end users, product owner and subject matter experts to understand business requirements to produce business workflow for the purpose of producing Functional Specifications Document (FSD) (or the equivalent agile artifacts User stories) in alignment to IT roadmap and strategies Work closely with the Business Lead / PO and / or User representatives to ensure that solution is designed to meet the business needs Work with the various business stakeholders and supporting technology teams to aid in solutioning and submission of the business paper for sponsor approval Elicit, document and communicate non-functional requirements to ensure that the delivered IT systems provide business value Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence Should have prior experience of handling and leading technology teams including business analysts, testers, domain SMEs etc.
