In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the invoicing of work orders and submitting them to the builders.
You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Receives claims notification of defective materials and / or installation
- Verifies all supporting documentation (samples, pictures) to claim is provided
- Sets up vendor / independent inspections of home
- Schedules movers in consultation with homeowner to vacate home while re-installation is performed
- Communicates with all other departments to process and schedule re-installations
- Calculates total of claim and processes charge-back for vendor
- Uploads related data in shared drive
- Ensures claim is noted on accounting spreadsheet for correct daily credits
- Maintains high level of customer service when interacting with new home owner
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; prefer bi-lingual English / Spanish
- Attention to detail is a priority; must remain focused on minute data
- Ability to multi-task; handle details
- Proficiency in use of computer skills for data entry; prefer use of RFMS.
- One to two years of working in an office environment and prefer one year of purchasing
