Qualifications
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience in CRM software
- Experience in dental lab management software
- Great Organization Skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to communicate and articulate workflows and processes
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point.
Roles / Responsibilities :
- Your duties will include case input (both digital and physical cases)
- Organize deliveries
- Professional communication with doctors
- Efficiently tracking timelines of cases through out the lab
- Answering day to day questions and solving problems
- Invoicing
- Managing onboarding processes
- Front office management
