We are a well-established luxury general contractor with a solid reputation spanning a decade, currently in search of a superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in luxury home building in South Florida.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all stages of a high-end residential construction project, from pre-construction to completion.
- Oversee construction teams on-site, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in custom luxury home or luxury estate single-family projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional results.
- Attention to details.
- Great team player.
- Experience in the Miami construction market and a solid understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
- Procore knowledge is a plus.
