Join us for a Medical Assistant and Clerical Professional (Front Office and Scheduler) hiring event for Northside's Forsyth county area Physician Practices!
When : Wednesday, September 18th, 3 : 00 PM-6 : 30 PM
Where : Forsyth Conference Center
Qualifications
Medical Assistants : REQUIRED
REQUIRED
- Graduate of Medical Assistant program or Graduate of a . Military Medic course.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
- Color vision acuity is required to safely perform the duties of this position if such duties are related to lab duties.
PREFERRED
Certified as Medical Assistant.
Front Office Assistants :
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES / LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- 1 year clerical / secretarial experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer skills
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES / LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
- Successful completion of course in Medical Terminology or commensurate experience
- Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
