Anesthesiology Academics Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational reports and identify opportunities for improvements, including metrics for performance, manage QGenda scheduling software, provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, and ensure efficient operation of our scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Analyze scheduling patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling metrics and performance.
  • Utilize data to make informed recommendations for scheduling enhancements.

QGenda Management :

  • Configure and maintain the QGenda scheduling software to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret scheduling data to optimize provider call schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the QGenda software.
  • Train new providers on the QGenda system and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Customer Service :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers regarding their schedules.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, concerns, and requests from providers.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to providers about their schedules and any changes.
  • Facilitate communication between providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience :

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QGenda or similar scheduling platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
