We are seeking a talented Construction Manager to join our Construction Department! You will oversee all residential construction projects, from pre-contract to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create accurate project proposals.
- Manage project budgets and schedules and ensure code compliance throughout the construction process.
- Oversee project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and efficient project flow.
- Conduct regular client meetings, address concerns promptly, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Identify and proactively address potential project challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and filed according to company standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years of experience in residential construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a team.
- Proficient in construction industry terminology, standards, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and uptoup to 100 lbs. occasionally.Mustoccasionally. Must be able to sit at a desk for at least 4 hours.
Musthours. For on-site job inspections, you must be able to walk, bend, and crawl. Must be able to talk on the phone and work on a computer simultaneously.
