Overview

Our Government client is undertaking a multi-year comprehensive transformation of its systems, environment, and business structure.

CLIENT is emphasizing a complete overhaul of service offerings that focus on a new way of business. Centered around an online strategy wherever possible, this customer-focused model will be the "North Star for all efforts.

The program comprises six key initiatives, with a multi-year phased implementation through June : ) Program Organization;

Compliance & Enforcement Services; ) Data Migration; ) Financial Services; ) Licensing & Credentials; ) Titling & Registration.

A new system to support all CLIENT services is being built using Salesforce, integrated with a number of other technologies.

Responsibilities :

The AWS Cloud Developer builds and maintains cloud environments to scale the shared service public cloud infrastructure.

This individual provides technical engineering and SysAdmin to build resilient cloud infrastructure that leverages cloud-native capabilities, including auto-scaling and automated management.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Builds and maintains public cloud platform infrastructure as code services.
  • Responsible for public cloud infrastructure in terms of non-functional requirements like security, availability, and reliability.
  • Responsible for executing DevOps standards and best practices across infrastructure.
  • Proactively maintains a broad knowledge of cloud engineering trends and technology advancements.

Required Qualifications :

  • Advanced engineering knowledge of public Cloud Services including at least of monitoring, access, compute, storage, networking, security, configuration, and database services.
  • Experience in using build and deployment tools.
  • Experience with programming and infrastructure automation
  • Experience designing, developing, deploying, and testing in public cloud architecture
  • Experience researching, designing, analyzing, and modifying Cloud-based Enterprise-wide systems and application software.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications : AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional

OTHER :

  • You must be able to pass a criminal background check before starting work.
  • You must be able to work Pacific Time work hours Mon Fri, AM PM.
