- Engage with provided leads to understand theirinsurance needs and provide appropriatesolutions
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with new and existingclients
- Educate clients on available policiesand customize coverage options to meet theirneeds
- Manage the entire sales process frominitial contact to closing deals
- Stay currentwith industry trends and maintain active knowledge of P&Cproducts
Requirements :
- Active P&C (Property& Casualty) insurancelicense
- Proven sales experiencepreferably in insurance
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated andgoaloriented with a passion for success
- Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
- Comfortable with both inperson and remotework setups
Location : Our office islocated in Rancho Santa Fe CA . Theposition offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing initialtraining.
