About Our Client
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing mobile ad tech company that specializes in in-app programmatic advertising.
As part of the US regions team, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and advancing the adoption of a cutting-edge Demand-Side Platform (DSP) through strategic account management and relationship-building.
This role is crucial for those who are client-oriented, excel in digital strategy, and are passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients in the mobile advertising space.
Requirements
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing current revenue in collaboration with the Sales and Media Buying teams.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure they achieve success on the platform.
This involves onboarding clients, guiding them on DSP usage and strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and building strong client relationships that become central to their digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client advocate, working with cross-functional teams to incorporate client feedback and optimize platform usability.
- Collaborate with the Media Buying team to tailor media buying strategies to each client’s unique objectives.
- Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable feedback to media buyers for setup adjustments and optimization.
- Partner with Sales and Media Buying teams to enhance campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- Educate clients on platform features, DSP best practices, and relevant programmatic advertising trends.
- Support clients in developing their programmatic buying expertise to maximize platform utilization.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a DSP / programmatic environment or in advertising technology.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing technology and digital environments.
- Strong aptitude for learning complex software applications and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proactive and passionate about achieving growth and development with the company.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and accounts across diverse industries, ensuring client needs are met and complaints handled with care.
- Analytical skills to interpret significant data and drive informed decisions.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) with strong presentation and client interaction skills.
