As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in creating and establishing a comfortable, engaging, and relaxing dining experience for our members and guests.

Job Description :

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests during their dining experience.

This includes creating a welcoming atmosphere, promptly attending to guest requests, preparing and delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our members and guests.

Responsibilities :

• Advise supervisor of any complaints to ensure immediate resolution
• Always wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness
• Attend pre-shift meetings as requested
• Ensure prompt and courteous service
• Refill workstations at the end of every shift
• Greet arriving patrons in a pleasant manner
• Participate in the continuous cleaning and upkeep of the facilities
• Serve food and beverage items that meet strict standards
• Stand and walk for up to five hours without sitting
• Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs

Requirements :

• Prior experience in the service or golf industry, or a strong desire to gain such experience
• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented can-do attitude
• A passion for the Food & Beverage and / or Golf industry

Pay :

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience and performance.
