Digitalization Consultant

What you'll do....

• Planning and steering the development of new digital solutions and roll out of global initiatives during their whole lifecycle.
• Working with requirement specification based on the users’ needs throughout the concept creation, mapping of activities and processes steering until the handover of the solution to the organization.

You also manage the key user community including training and feedback after implementation.

• Driving the harmonization of Americas with the other regions by defining, aligning, and implementing global standards, especially in terms of a global data model and globally available digital standard solutions.
• Working in an agile and self-organized way, empowered to take over ownership and responsibility for your digital project / product with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interfacing with multiple areas inside and outside the organization, such as : customer, marketing, and operations. You will also map and work closely to suppliers of digital solutions.
• Fostering the user-experience design concept, by understanding the pain points and customer needs and translating that into information and data for digital solutions development.

If you...

• Hold a bachelor’s or master s degree in engineering, computer science, information technologies or a comparable qualification.
• Have already acquired at least 3 years of professional experience in digitalization and have enthusiasm for innovative digital solutions.
• Are experienced in project management and able to plan and conduct projects in an international context.
• Have profound analytical skills to explore and analyze processes in an unknown environment and to develop concepts for valuable solutions.
• Can coordinate internal as well as external stakeholders of your projects to support the exchange among all relevant parties and implement a successful change management process.
• Offer quick comprehension, high problem-solving skills as well as excellent teamwork and flexibility.
• Have distinctive communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders in an international context.
