Job Description
Summary : The Order Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the order-to-cash processes governed by the Revenue Operations Team.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of intercompany orders, working closely with sales teams, finance, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order management, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation and validation of intercompany sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals for intercompany orders.
Enter and maintain accurate records of intercompany orders in relevant systems (e.g., Salesforce, order management systems).
Track the status of intercompany orders and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in intercompany orders, escalating issues as needed.
Support the Order Operations Manager with reconciliation of intercompany orders between Rave and other MSI teams and systems.
Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of intercompany order and renewal processing.
Cross train in larger deal desk operations tasks to support redundant coverage needs.
Required Skills and Experience :
1-3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong understanding of sales processes and order-to-cash cycles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Additional Desired Skills :
Experience with order management systems and tools.
Familiarity with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
Experience in a SaaS or technology company.

Bachelors Degree with 0+ years of experience sales operations and / or order management
OR 1+ years of experience sales operations and / or order management
