Customer Service Rep - Receptionist

Welcome to Carolina TotalCare, PA, a distinguished health and wellness facility deeply committed to transforming lives. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Rep - Receptionist in the vibrant city of Concord, NC.

PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

Your workweek will consist of 4.5 days , from Monday to Thursday, with extended hours from 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 15 PM. Fridays offer a shorter day, concluding at noon.

YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Rep - Receptionist, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our health and wellness facility.

You'll handle various responsibilities, from answering phones and responding to emails with a welcoming demeanor to efficiently managing patient check-ins and outs.

Your tasks extend beyond administrative duties; you'll be the friendly face welcoming new patients, managing scheduling, and contributing to the overall flow of our office.

Engage in collaborative efforts with our providers, run internal marketing initiatives, and maintain an active presence on social media platforms.

Each day offers a unique blend of responsibilities, all centered around delivering exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
• Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on your feet for much of your shift (this is an active position)

Additional schooling or certifications are preferred. Front Desk experience in a Chiropractic, Medical, or Dental Office is extremely helpful.

Problem-solving skills and scheduling experience in dental, vet or medical office environments are a big plus!
