Our company is currently looking for a construction administrator to assist with all administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
This position's responsibilities would include but are not limited too :
- Assist with the creation, revision, and execution of subcontract agreements.
- Assist with budgeting and estimating
- Assemble bid packages
- Manage and apply for building permits and mechanical applications
- Maintain accurate electronic files for each home
- Initiate and process customer price request and change orders with subcontractors
- Prepare and release house for construction
- Order site plans
- Follow up with structural engineer for building plan and truss completion
- Organize administrative paperwork
- Additional administrative support as needed
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Buildertrend & Canva software a plus.
