One of our Medical Aesthetics clients in the Vinings area is seeking a Inside Sales / Phone Concierge to deliver customer service and drive sales results by selling and promoting surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services.
Base Salary : 50,000-60,000 plus commission ($100 for every patient booked and shows for appointment; goal of 20 a month ($2000) X 12 $24,000)
Qualifications will include :
Excellent customer service skills on the phone and excellent sales skills with inside sales experience.
Duties will include :
- Calling on a database of 19,000 potential customers
- Main job to set up Consultations
- Follow up on consultations
- Monitor After care
- Answering patient and new client calls and first time callers
- Follow up on leads

Practice Concierge and Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, peers, and management.
Ability to communicate
- with proper etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
