This is a fully on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Description

  • participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations.
  • collaborate with the client on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including :
  • advising on system options,
  • risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts.
  • ensuring all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy.
  • identifying, recommending and implementing complex configuration solutions and
  • implementing full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation
  • set the testing strategy for modules and lead end to end integration testing.
  • participate in the delivery of project and minor / major releases.
  • troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents
  • maintain a high level of functional competency by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.
  • Pull Product Backlog Items (PBI)s from the Azure DevOps O&M board to analyze and to document findings.
  • Participate in user story grooming sessions and coordinates with FMIS Product Owner team to create user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Coordinate with development team to ensure that the development team fully understands the scope of the user story.
  • Analyze work requests received from customer.
  • Ensure requirements are documented - Create / Update Functional Requirements documentation.
  • Participate in requirement and design reviews.
  • Review requirements and design documents.
  • Review system design documents.
  • Review test plans and test results.
  • Reviews release items for production implementation.
  • Review Release Notes.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to client staff.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of progressive experience in respective area.
  • Must have a detailed knowledge of respective organizational practices, procedures, policies, and methodologies pertaining to the management and administration of automated Government systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related discipline.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
  • Workdays : Monday-Friday
