The Executive Researcher works closely with healthcare professionals at every level to understand their experience with existing technology and help them use our data to make upcoming technology decisions.

This research is the lifeblood of KLAS and this position is key to achieving our mission. We seek an experienced relationship builder to : Understand and gather the critical research data needed to complete our analysis projects Navigate provider organizations to find the best contacts to engage in research for the appropriate subject matter Conduct virtual interviews with healthcare provider executives, directors, and industry experts to discover the performance of their technology and services solutions Quickly build a strong rapport with providers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations Fulfill urgent data requests to help us meet publication deadlines Familiarize providers with KLAS data through website tours, tool demos, and sharing and reviewing critical report data The successful candidate will thoroughly research and understand KLAS and our mission, then demonstrate to us : An investigative and curious mind-set Tenacity in achieving difficult goals and timelines Resourcefulness, be able to use various reach out methods Excellent, professional communication The ability to take full ownership of assignments Great organization and time management The ability to face and overcome steep learning curves Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Please be aware when applying that this is a research position that does not include analysis.
