TITLE : Corporate Associate Attorney - Am Law 200 Firm
OUR CLIENT
Our client, a well-known and respected Am Law 200 firm with over 200 attorneys, seeks a talented Corporate Associate to join their dynamic practice in their Atlanta Office.

THE ROLE :
The successful candidate will be responsible for document drafting, transaction support, and providing assistance across a range of general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
This role will primarily focus on M&A work and involves working closely with the entire team, including key partners.
Qualifications :
- 4-6 years of experience in general corporate, M&A, and / or private equity transactions
- Experience with middle-market transactions in a large firm setting preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup

- Competitive Compensation : The compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $285,000 for mid-level associates, with potential for up to $320,000 for more senior candidates, commensurate with experience.
