We are looking for a team member who wants to lead and have a career with our forward thinking company. Our Enhancement Crew Members / Technician's are part of a crew with anywhere from two to four team members working outside on client’s properties performing a variety of Landscape Maintenance Tasks.
Pruning, hedging, weeding, leaf clean up, and other landscape maintenance tasks are apart of this position. Responsibilities and Duties : Crew Lead will be responsible for directing 2-4 other crew members.
Properly completing job tasks in a timely manner to job quality expectations. Making sure appropriate equipment is being used for each site as specified for each job.
Trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging to job specifications. Spreading bark and gravel to job quality expectations.
Reporting any equipment issues or damage to the Shop. Assisting with unloading / dumping of debris at the end of the day.
Assisting with any other tasks as requested by your Maintenance Manger. Qualifications and Skills : Horticulture experience and interest Experience with landscape maintenance equipment.
Pruning and trimming knowledge Leading ability with 1 year experience Valid Washington State Driver’s License. Clean insurable driving record / MVR required Be able to walk, push, pull, bend, reach and squat frequently Ability to carry 60 lbs comfortably Benefits : Crew Leads starting wage range $21-$23 per hour 4 day schedule Monday Thursday with some Fridays OT during the busy season) Paid Holidays PTO after 90 days WA Sick Leave Medical and Vision Insurance Year around employment On the job training and mentoring Positive workplace environment Clean workplace environment with well-maintained vehicles and equipment Opportunities for advancement within the company Must be 18+ for this position.
