Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with over three years of practical litigation experience to join their Austin, TX office. The role involves supporting all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Travel within the state is required. Prior insurance defense experience and / or jury trial experience is advantageous. Candidates should be well-organized and capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a teamwork-driven environment.
