Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of the QA organization, including but not limited to; providing a solid vision for the QA organization, proactive testing plans to ensure high availability for critical systems, roadmaps to maximize test coverage with emphasis on automation, providing direction on CI / CD initiatives, while serving as mentor for your team.
You will be a hands-on team player and perform tasks such as writing test cases, reviewing testing logs, performing manual tests, etc.
Working very closely with other Technical Managers, DevOps, Tech Leads and various business partners to ensure the success of a variety of projects and initiatives.
Providing ongoing metrics and reporting on quality metrics will be key.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college
A track record of commitment to prior employers
8+ years of QA testing experience
5+ years of QA lead / management experience
Experience with Automation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of modern web application development and deployment
Experience testing API’s and UI with responsive web design
Experience with Agile SDLC and Test Cycles (Automation, Regression, User Acceptance)
Well versed in Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps, MS Test, and Selenium
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
General troubleshooting log experience (Datadog, Kibana)
Experience with BrowserStack and Chrome Debug tools
Experience with SQL and / or NoSQL databases
Experience with JavaScript and .Net
