We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance department. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The candidate should be able to provide strategic insights based on financial analysis, monitoring business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
This position plays a crucial role in company financial planning by providing insights to decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support key business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and strategic plan.
- Develop and oversee efficient financial models for decision support.
- Generate monthly / quarterly budgeting and financial forecasting reports.
- Leverage analytics to uncover insights and drive business performance.
- Participate in cross-functional business projects, providing financial insights and guidance.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators to ensure budgetary compliance and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and assist with the annual audit process.
- Guide cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide financial planning and control by identifying relevant financial data, interpreting and evaluating their impacts on the business.
- Assist in the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
- Coordinate with management in the development and execution of strategic plans and assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of financial ratios, financial metrics, and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Strong leadership ability to coordinate and lead all aspects of financial activities.
