Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for residential properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and collateral.
- Organize and coordinate events and open houses to promote residential listings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
