The Business Function Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting global or regional business functions such as Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering.
The position focuses on analyzing, improving, and implementing standardized business processes and controls while ensuring system quality and efficiency.
The role will require significant experience with SAP modules, especially in a manufacturing and distribution context.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a member of a global or regional Competency Center supporting business functions like Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise in assigned business processes.
- Create, implement, and monitor standard processes and ensure Best Practices are followed.
- Work with end-users to solve business problems and ensure system and process quality testing.
- Design, configure, test, and document SAP systems and modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze and develop solutions to improve business processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the development of system strategies, including defining the scope of business requirements.
- Support leadership in improving business processes within the relevant functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal control and business ethics practices.

- SAP Expertise :
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Bonus : Experience with SAP S / 4 and modules like EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management), PP / DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)
- Business Process Knowledge :
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
- Technical and Process Skills :
- Experience in designing and configuring SAP systems to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot, develop, and implement system solutions.
- Project Management :
- Ability to develop project scope and manage implementation efforts.
- Strong project management skills, including leading process teams to implement changes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving :
- Ability to analyze complex operational problems and develop solution alternatives.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineering roles.
- Experience with SAP systems, with a focus on MM and PP modules.
- Thorough understanding of global business value streams and how assigned processes fit within the business.
