Responsibilities
Position Summary :
- Plans develops organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
- Provides analysis of budgets project proposals and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
- Participates in development of administrative policies and procedures tactical plans and programs for the healthcare facility.
- Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.

Qualifications
Education and Experience :
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
Preferred :
- Experience in Cardiac ICU within an acute care setting.
