Behavioral Health Technician Opportunity

Position : PRN (as needed)

Shift : Overnights, from 7 : pm to 7 : am

Evening Shift Differentials of : 7.5% from 7pm to pm and % from pm to 6am

Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

The BHT operates as an active and crucial part of the treatment team, providing continous patient care, supervision, intearaction, and role modeling to patients.

The BHT works under the direction of the Milieu Manager, Lead BHT, and RN Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must be years of age to be a BHT.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.
• Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within days of hire.
• Completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certification within days of hire.
