Position : Attorney Entry Level
Growing Tech Company in the Westside of Greater Clevelandhas a need for a Staff Attorney. This is a direct hire role with afull benefits package.
Will consider someonewith 02 years out of law school who has passed the barexam.
Responsibilities :
Conductlegal research and provide analysis on various legalissues
Assist with corporate governance andcompliance matters
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure legal compliance and riskmanagement
Handle any other legal tasks andprojects as assigned by senior attorneys
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (J.D.)degree from an accredited law school
Admissionto the state bar in state
02 years ofexperience in a legal setting preferably in a corporateenvironment
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
Excellent written andverbal communication skills
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple taskssimultaneously
Proficient in legal research andwriting
Knowledge of relevant laws andregulations in the industry is a plus
