ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers.

Job Scope :

We are seeking a Materials Planning and Inventory Control Specialist to manage the supply levels for our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you are responsible for forecasting our supply needs and ensuring we always have materials on hand. This position focuses on production demand, material planning and inventory management, as your responsibility is to ensure sufficient material in stock for production needs and maintain a healthy inventory level.

Your duties will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams- including, but not limited to production, purchasing and planning teams, adjusting MRP, monitoring monthly usage, alerting and assessing supply chain risk, and expediting orders when necessary.

You should be familiar with both MRP and SAP software, as you will use both in the material planning process. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in logistics or business and several years of supply chain experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Forecast material needs for a given period
• Communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams including, but not limited to production, purchasing, planning, warehouse teams regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Bilingual Mandarin preferred
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics
• Minimum 2-year material planning, supply chain or equivalent experience
• Clear communication and strong forecasting skills
• Experience with MRP and SAP software
• Excellent excel and MS office skills
• APICS or ASCM certificate a plus
• DG material handling certificate preferred
• WMS experiences
• Demand planning experience
