You are someone who loves experimenting and iterating, knowing what outcome you want to move. You do this by deeply empathizing with the customer and understanding the details of what amazing product, and experiences, look like for them.

You want to be an integral part of a world-class team that is growing fast and is only just beginning.

Responsibilities :

  • Gain a deep understanding of the dental imaging industry, our product portfolio, and customer use cases to build empathy for dental professionals and the challenges they face.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and gather feedback on product features and functionality.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and leverage insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our dental imaging solutions, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and customer support to create compelling product collateral, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on roadmap direction and value propositions for dental professionals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product updates and sunset decisions, to ensure continued market relevance.
  • Lead the launch of new products and features, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on product strategy, roadmap, and performance to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare, dental, or medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in managing products from concept to launch, with a focus on user experience and market needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with dental imaging technologies and the dental industry is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating products that improve user experiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing market.

Benefits :

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings.
  • 401K savings program with company match.
  • A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office.
  • Ongoing support for learning development so you can master your craft.
  • Work with the hardware you're most comfortable with (Windows or Mac).
  • Diverse and inclusive workplace where we all learn from each other.
