Senior Project Manager
Location : Fremont, CA / Remote
Job Type : Long Term
In this role you will be required to :
- Plan, schedule, and drive delivery of projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies, including occasional training and / or guidance to the team on processes.
- Generate reporting to ensure project teams are fueled to become more efficient.
- Drive projects forward by pulling out key points for leadership and defining / negotiating details and action items for the delivery team.
- Create and track project plans with details including milestone schedules, scope documentation / alignment, resource planning, budget documentation, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Understand downstream impact of issues and effectively and proactively inform and escalate to key stakeholders with mitigation plans.

For consideration, a candidate should have :
- MarTech Experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies running scrum. Well versed with JIRA. JIRA Advanced Roadmaps experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with partnership experience across Engineering, QE, Product Management, Architecture, and Finance at all levels.
- Strong ability to manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Business and technical acumen for the assigned project area with an ability to influence cross-collaborative teams.
- 4+ years in project management.
