We’re looking to hire a Freelance UX Designer for the #1 Direct Selling Brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics.
You’ll join the Creative Team to contribute to the digital growth of the brand through the design and creation of thoughtful and impactful user experiences.
This is a 12 month opportunity. This Hybrid role is located in Addison, Texas.
Responsibilities :
- Create complex, functional, and original UX / UI visual / interaction designs for multiple website platforms, native mobile apps, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate on user experience planning with in-house agency, IT, corporate communications, research / testing / data analytics, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and sketches.
- Execute and revise final visual and interaction designs in collaboration with developers.
- Manage workload for multiple projects and job schedules.
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in the beauty or cosmetic industry.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies, and ability to transform sketches into a visual and functional design masterpieces is a must.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- Must be able to provide both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to the team.
