We’re looking to hire a Freelance UX Designer for the #1 Direct Selling Brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics.
- You’ll join the Creative Team to contribute to the creative digital growth of the brand through the design and creation of thoughtful, memorable, and impactful user experiences.
- This is a 12 month opportunity. The role is located in Addison Texas and is hybrid onsite.
- Hourly Rate : $50hr. - $55hr.
- Must have luxury brand, fashion or beauty / cosmetic experience in portfolio.
Freelance UX Design Responsibilities :
- Create complex, functional, annd original UX / UI visual / interaction designs for multiple website platforms, native mobile apps, emails.
- Collaborate on user experience planning with in-house agency, IT, Corporate Communications, research / testing / data analytics, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, sketches.
- Execute and revise final visual and interaction designs in collaboration with developers.
- Manage workload for multiple projects and job schedules.
Freelance UX Designe Requirements :
- 4 year degree in Design with experience in beauty or cosmetic industry.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- Must be able to provide both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies, and ability to transform sketches into a visual and functional design masterpieces is a must.
