Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in replacing our PAC systems, focusing on documenting workflows and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Your expertise in business systems analysis, user experience design, and meticulous documentation will be essential in mapping out and optimizing our processes.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Lucid Chart and Confluence for workflow and journey mapping.
- Develop detailed user experience workflows.
- Focus on core workflow processes and their optimization.
- Interact with providers to gather and refine workflow requirements.
- Address and manage interrupted workflows to ensure continuity.
- Create and maintain sequence diagrams.
- Develop and document test scripts.
- Document user journeys and create comprehensive test plans.
- Expertise in identifying and mapping data requirements from one system to another.
- Proficient in using Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Lucidchart for sequence mapping.
- Ability to create detailed user journey maps and document user interactions.
- Skilled in showcasing steps in the process to enhance user experience.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on data mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in workflow and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
