An Insurance Sr. Agency Relationship Manager is a crucial liaison between an insurance carrier and its independent agents.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, providing support, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

What You Will Do As A Agency Relationship Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents.
  • Provide product training and support to agents.
  • Assist agents with underwriting, quoting, and policy issuance processes.
  • Resolve agent inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and address agent needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular teleconferences.
  • Achieve sales and production goals for assigned territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Utilize agency management systems and other relevant software.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge to help others do their job better.
  • Working independently through problems that are ambiguous in nature.

What You Will Bring As A Agency Relationship Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years relationship management or sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
  • Insurance license may be required, depending on the role.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance carrier.
  • Knowledge of agency management systems and insurance software.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range* : $84,000-$117,600 Annually

Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
