Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Schedule based on the needs of the department. The aquatic center is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM, Friday 6 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM, and Sunday 10 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM.

Coordinate the pool schedule, swim lessons, physical therapy and stroke analysis services and swim related programming at East Madison Hospital.
We are seeking a Fitness Supervisor - Aquatics :
- Supervise the Aquatic Center as well as routine maintenance projects (including daily pool and pool filter maintenance) and ensure a safe environment that meets all codes and standards of operation.
- Support the Fitness and Aquatic Programming Manager, maintain, train, and supervise lifeguard staff and ensure coverage when the facility is open.

Education : Minimum -
Minimum -
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience :
Minimum - Three (3) years of experience in an Aquatic setting
Preferred - Leadership Experience
Certifications :
Minimum - Current certification in Lifeguard Training and CPR / AED.
Preferred - Lifeguard Instructor Certification.
