Summary
Directs, organizes, plans, and develops the implementation and administration of human resources functions and carries out policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activities.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
Essential Functions
- Oversees and directs activities relating to personnel rules and regulations, staffing, employee education and training, management development, employee relations, workers compensation administration, benefits administration, and salary administration.
- Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs, including skills development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
- Partners with business leaders to create and sustain a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conducts employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives based on feedback.
- Utilizes HR analytics to make informed decisions related to workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Approves and directs new employee onboarding to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Investigates problems incidental to sound and uniform personnel administration, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals.
Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolutions.
- Plans and oversees employee benefit programs. Keeps records of insurance coverage, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepares budget for human resources operations.
- Conducts wage surveys within the labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Conducts research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
- Develops and proposes improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations.
- Administers pre-employment tests to applicants.
- Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require occasional weekend work.
Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- 7+ years of human resources experience.
- 3+ years in an HR leadership role.
- Experience with HR Analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2+ years of Middle East human resources experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
Travel
Less than 10% travel is anticipated for this role.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
