This role is essential to ensuring the successful completion of construction and restoration work, maintaining relationships with clients and insurance adjusters, and delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.

ServiceMaster by Complete is the "Best call to make in the worst situation."Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Develop full project schedules to guide services from start to finish.

• Cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters to ensure seamless coordination and approvals.-Manage production schedules, ensuring that all phases of the project run efficiently and according to plan.
• Coordinate and communicate with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.-Send and receive sub-contractor confirmations to ensure all schedules are clear and deadlines are met.
• Maintain constant and professional communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor budgets closely to ensure all projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.The ideal candidate should possess : -Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to clients, subcontractors, and team members.-Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
