Job Summary :

Client seeks a proactive SEO Operations Manager with a strong project management background to drive organic search growth and manage SEO projects for the TurboTax team. This individual will own the SEO roadmap, collaborate across functions, and ensure that SEO strategies align with product development to enhance the customer experience. A successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of SEO experience, preferably with some involvement in product management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies in collaboration with the TurboTax SEO team.
  • Oversee the prioritization and implementation of technical SEO, content, and link optimization projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and program managers to remove project barriers.
  • Create and maintain an SEO product roadmap that supports customer and business goals, acting as a customer expert for development teams.
  • Track progress and provide detailed reports on SEO initiatives, managing operational documents and daily processes.

Must-Have Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in Smartsheet and JIRA.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.

    • Industry Experience Required :

  • Experience in managing SEO for financial software products or services is desirable, including familiarity with GenAI for content optimization.
