Mail Production Specialist

Description

Our client, a leading health insurance company, is looking to add Mail Production Specialists to their Farmington, MO team.

8am-4 : 30pm CST (40 hours / week with possible OT)

Mailroom process Claims mails for enterprise departments

Production based environment

• Open sort and prepare incoming correspondence
• Scan incoming correspondence
• Record specified incoming documents
• Appropriately file imaged claims appeals adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims
• Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
• Meet established department production and quality standards
• Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs
• Open, sort and prepare incoming documents
• Image incoming paper documents
• Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation
• Assist team members in other areas to align with business needs

Position Purpose : To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Education / Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
