YOUR IMPACT

Our Senior Producer role primarily revolves around leading the planning and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for our clients.

This position leans more towards a project management function at a more senior level. The focus of our production team lies in project managing the multifaceted digital and creative campaigns we deliver to our clients.

These campaigns encompass various projects involving websites, social media, mobile applications, out-of-home advertising, motion graphics, interactive technologies, emerging technology applications, brand strategy, campaign strategy and concept development, media strategy, as well as some video and photo shoots.

Project Manager Extraordinaire : As a Senior Producer at RSR (this is not a Line / Video Producer role), your influence extends to managing larger and more complex projects, often with higher budgets and greater scope.

You're adept at orchestrating the seamless execution of multiple digital advertising projects simultaneously, ensuring each one receives the dedicated attention it deserves.

Whether leading groundbreaking digital marketing transformations for Fortune 500 companies, defining the roadmap for data-driven e-commerce platform launches, or providing high-level guidance in the creation of immersive interactive web experiences for cutting-edge technology brands, you are the conductor of success, driving innovation and excellence.

BridgeMaster : You're the linchpin in aligning client expectations with project deliverables, seamlessly connecting internal and external teams, vendors, contractors, and all stakeholders.

Your ability to foster robust client relationships is intrinsic to our ongoing success.

Team Mentor and Leader : As the Project Shepherd, you lead the way for the project team, offering mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior staff.

Your role as a Senior Producer is to nurture your team's talents and cultivate their growth, a cornerstone of our agency's future.

Strategic Decision-Maker : You bear the responsibility of making pivotal decisions concerning project strategies, budgets, and timelines.

Your strategic acumen and capacity to navigate complexity are invaluable assets to our agency. You're the steadfast guide, capable of recognizing when to sound the alarm and to whom, while adeptly resolving issues autonomously, ensuring project trajectories remain unswayed, even when confronted with formidable challenges.

Financial Steward : As a Senior Producer, your role entails greater financial responsibility, requiring a heightened focus on budget estimation and resource allocation.

Your proficiency in precise financial forecasting and allocation is vital in maintaining our fiscal stability and facilitating our continued growth.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Minimum of 4-5 years as Producer, (at least 1 or 2 at the Senior level), a more recent focus on leading strategy, digital marketing, or interactive web experiences in an advertising agency setting.
• Models the epitome of working independently and collaboratively, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-budget, complex projects across sectors.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools, including websites, social media, video, email campaigns, SEO / SEM, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Accurate and efficient project planning, calendar management, timeline development, resource allocation strategies.
• Keen attention to detail, especially during quality checks on digital assets.
• Advanced knowledge in project management tools, collaboration software, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
• Fluent in project management platforms basecamp, Monday.com and Kantata a plus!
• Knowledge of design principles, UX / UI, and web development technologies is a valuable asset.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency.
