A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support organizational change management work streams for enterprise-level programs using a structured methodology
Conduct change management activities, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and training plans
Manage resistance to change and develop actions to mitigate risks and enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ten years of experience related to IT organizational change management
Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Ability to influence others and work effectively with all organizational levels
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
