Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll / HCM Practice.
Our client is rapidly growing and needs support for implementation specialists to develop an optimized human capital management (HCM) solution leveraging ADP best practices and industry trends in order to meet the Client's current and future human capital management needs.
Responsibilities :
Manages the client implementation process Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with clients and departments / associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to discuss and relay information to IC's in a non-technical way with worthy communication skills
Experience working with data, including relational databases, file transmission protocols, and SQL queries
Excellent project management skills.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work with and communicate at all levels of staff and management.
Strong Excel skills required, including data modeling and ad hoc analysis.
- Can easily build relationships across multiple functions and business Units
- Previous Autopay experience required.
Experience in Vantage Payroll or previous Nextgen / Lifion Experience prefered.
Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a late November start with an initial duration of at least 2-3 months, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort : Full-time (40 hours per week)
