Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do

Maintenance Supervisor to maintain our facility, equipment and improve our business. The individual will be responsible for leading maintenance systems, will be an integral part of the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.

How you will do it

• Provide technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, supervisors and production associates.
• Work with manufacturing team to establish sequence of operations used in manufacturing process.
• Establish equipment specifications based on new product development.
• Implementation and maintenance of safety requirements for equipment and processes throughout the plant.
• Supervision of maintenance department in order to efficiently achieve projects, reduction of equipment downtime and improve production efficiency.
• Ensures all environmental, safety, quality, operations, budget and production targets are being met. Hire, train and evaluate direct reports.

What we look for

• 5+ years with instrumentation, PLCs, programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley processors, RS Logic and I / O cards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair control circuits, (relays, starters, timers, etc.)
• Wiring and programming of various AC / DC frequency drives.
• Troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical systems such as gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and hydraulic systems.

We opened in 2011 and now employ more than 350 people and operate six days per week. Our employees are actively involved in the community and support a variety of local organizations, including the Middletown / Odessa / Townsend Senior Center and local fire departments.
